Aero Precision acquires majority stake in Fall Machine Company, Inc.

March 31, 2016 – White Wolf Capital (“White Wolf”) is pleased to announce that Aero Precision, LLC (“Aero Precision”), a White Wolf portfolio company, has acquired a majority stake in Fall Machine Company, Inc. (“Fall Machine”). The acquisition allows Aero Precision to expand its manufacturing capacity and geographic footprint. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fall Machine is a precision CNC machining company based in Somersworth, New Hampshire.
