March 31, 2016 – White Wolf Capital (“White Wolf”) is pleased to announce that Aero Precision, LLC (“Aero Precision”), a White Wolf portfolio company, has acquired a majority stake in Fall Machine Company, Inc. (“Fall Machine”). The acquisition allows Aero Precision to expand its manufacturing capacity and geographic footprint. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fall Machine is a precision CNC machining company based in Somersworth, New Hampshire.
Aero Precision is a high-volume manufacturer of firearm components. Aero Precision also operates an online retail store from which it sells firearm components, accessories, branded products, apparel and related supplies.
