Aero Precision Buys Out Remaining Fall Machine Minority Interest
November 1, 2018 – Aero Precision, LLC (“Aero Precision”) is pleased to announce that Fall Machine Company, Inc. (“Fall Machine”), based in Somersworth, New Hampshire, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aero Precision and will conduct business under the Aero Precision name.
Aero Precision acquired a majority stake in Fall Machine in March 2016 as part of a strategic move to expand its manufacturing capacity and geographic footprint.
