White Wolf Capital Group, Inc. ("White Wolf Capital" or "White Wolf") announced today that its portfolio company, JS Global, LLC ("JS Global"), has appointed Darren J. Blue ("Blue") as Chief Executive Officer.

Washington, DC (April 6, 2026) – As Chief Executive Officer at JS Global, Blue will oversee the company’s strategy, operations, business development, and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining JS Global, Blue served as Group President – Mission Critical Services at CBRE, where he led a global platform delivering integrated infrastructure, energy, defense manufacturing, healthcare, and government sector real estate services. In that role, Blue held full accountability for over $3.1 billion in revenue and more than 10,000 personnel across 30 countries, driving outsized sales growth and exceeding forecasted operating profit targets across all assigned business units. Prior to that role, Blue served as Sector President – Infrastructure, Defense & Public Enterprise at CBRE, where he scaled revenue from $700 million to $1.2 billion and served as the executive sponsor for an $800 million acquisition, leading integration and operational oversight post-closing. Earlier in his career at CBRE, Blue served as Senior Managing Director, where he developed the firm’s first comprehensive corporate strategy for federal and public sector engagement at scale.

Before joining the private sector, Blue served as member of Senior Executive Service (SES) as the Regional Commissioner for the National Capital Region at the U.S. General Services Administration (“GSA”), where he managed one quarter of the federal government’s real estate portfolio encompassing more than 105 million square feet, more than $30 billion in assets and oversaw a $2.8 billion in annual contracting authority. Blue also served with distinction across multiple active duty/reserve military assignments and several other federal government executive posts spanning more than two decades. He proudly continues his service today as an Officer in the Army Reserve.

Blue earned a Master of Science from the National Defense University, Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Graduate, and a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University. He holds a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

“We are thrilled to welcome Darren to JS Global,” said White Wolf Chief Executive Elie P. Azar. “Darren’s rare combination of large-scale operational leadership, deep federal government expertise, and proven ability to drive growth in defense and infrastructure services makes him uniquely suited to lead JS Global into its next chapter.”

“JS Global has built an outstanding reputation for more than two decades serving the federal government’s most mission-critical infrastructure needs,” said Blue. “I am excited to partner with the White Wolf team and the talented professionals at JS Global to build on that foundation and accelerate the company’s growth.”
