DCCM Acquires Urban Engineering and Urban Civil

DCCM, a national provider of design, consulting, and program & construction management services based in Houston, Texas, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Urban Engineering and Urban Civil.



Corpus Christi, Texas (November 3, 2022) – DCCM, a national provider of design, consulting, and program & construction management services based in Houston, Texas, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Urban Engineering and Urban Civil.

Both Urban Engineering and Urban Civil are industry leaders in public works, land and site development, and surveying work for public and private clientele along the Texas Gulf Coast and other regions. The combined organization will continue to operate under the Urban Engineering name, which was established in 1965. In making this acquisition, DCCM is expanding its existing partnership with industry veterans Chip Urban and Jim Urban, who will continue in their current leadership roles.
