White Wolf Capital forms Haven Dynamics, a new platform focused on providing rapidly deployable mobile infrastructure solutions and shelter systems to the defense, disaster relief, and other government sectors.



Miami, FL (April 3, 2023) – Haven Dynamics, LLC (“Haven Dynamics”) is a special purpose entity that was formed by White Wolf Capital to acquire North American companies focused on providing rapidly deployable mobile infrastructure solutions and shelter systems to the defense, disaster relief, and other government sectors.

Haven Dynamics is a holding company that was formed by White Wolf Capital to partner with and acquire North American companies focused on providing rapidly deployable mobile infrastructure solutions and shelter systems to the defense, disaster relief, and other government sectors. Targeted product and service offerings include shelters, covers, mobile infrastructure, accommodation units and maintenance shops, tactical camps and operation centers, military field hospitals, tactical storage units, and other asset protection solutions with revenues of up to $150 million.

Haven Dynamics Criteria

Haven Dynamics is actively seeking add-on acquisition opportunities that meet the following criteria:

  • North American firms specializing in providing proprietary shelters, covers, mobile infrastructure, and other asset protection products and services
  • Gross Revenue of up to $150 million
  • Capabilities include engineering, research & development, light manufacturing, complex assembly, and installations
  • Target end markets include defense, medical, disaster relief, aerospace, and other government agencies
About White Wolf

White Wolf is a private investment firm that began operations in late 2011 and is focused on making direct and indirect investments in leading North American middle market companies.

White Wolf seeks private equity and private credit investment opportunities in companies with $20 million to $200 million in revenues and up to $20 million in EBITDA.
